1. Cancellation Policy
Orders for inverters or battery combos can be cancelled free of cost prior to dispatch and shipment. Once the product leaves our warehouse for delivery/installation, standard handling costs may apply for cancellations.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase only if the product delivered is damaged or does not match the invoice specifications. Batteries that have been filled with acid or connected to terminal loads are not eligible for return unless a factory defect is confirmed by the manufacturer's diagnostic team.
